 For 15 consecutive years (1994-2008) Action Business Systems has won the "ProMaster National Service Award" from Toshiba for service excellence. Less than 10% of Toshiba dealers nationwide earn this award.
Additionally, Action Business Systems was awarded the Regional "Top Achievement" service award and Toshiba's coveted "Dealer of the Year" award in 2003.
Our technicians all have received extensive training in all aspects of technology and service, both locally and through certified national programs sponsored by Toshiba. As the only Toshiba D.A.T.E. (Dealer Assisted Technical Education) center in the Mid-Atlantic area, Action Business Systems offers on site certified Toshiba technical training. ABS technicians are the most thoroughly trained in the industry.
